### 粘性会话（Sticky IP）

粘性会话指在同一个会话周期内，代理始终分配并使用同一个 IP 地址。\
只要会话未过期或未主动断开，后续的请求都会继续使用该 IP。

1024Proxy无限流量-端口套餐的粘性会话时长在3-30分钟之内，用户可以设置单个IP并保持3-30分钟固定请求。

3–30 分钟粘性会话适用于需要在短时间内保持 IP 稳定访问、同时又希望 自动轮换 IP 的业务场景。会话周期内使用同一 IP，有助于模拟真实用户的连续访问行为，会话结束后自动更换 IP，有效平衡稳定性与风控安全。

该机制特别适合 影音与视频平台数据抓取、网站页面级内容采集 等需要连续访问列表页、详情页、评论页的场景，避免因 IP 频繁切换导致访问中断或数据缺失。

同时也广泛应用于 自动化脚本、爬虫程序以及 AI / 大模型数据训练 等长时间运行任务，在保证采集过程稳定不中断的同时，降低单一 IP 长期使用带来的封禁风险。

总体而言，3–30 分钟粘性会话是高并发、高带宽业务的理想选择，兼顾访问成功率、运行效率与安全性。
