# What should I do if I purchased the wrong package by mistake?

If you accidentally purchase the wrong package, don’t panic. You can contact customer support with your user ID, payment order number, and a screenshot of the actual payment. Explain the package you need, and we will adjust your subscription based on the actual amount paid.
