# Why is the exported IP address different from the selected IP address?

Each IP detection website conducts queries based on a database. However, there are differences between the old and new databases, which leads to variations in the IP addresses, ISP types, locations, and other information retrieved. Nevertheless, some databases provide inaccurate IP information and have different update speeds. If this affects business operations, please contact the official customer service to change the IP address.
