# Session Management

### Session Type

The 1024Proxy Unlimited Traffic – Port plan supports sticky sessions only.

### Sticky IP Session

A sticky session means that the proxy continuously assigns and uses the same IP address throughout a single session period. As long as the session has not expired or been manually disconnected, all subsequent requests will continue to use the same IP.

For the 1024Proxy Unlimited Traffic – Port plan, the sticky session duration ranges from 3 to 30 minutes. Users can configure a single IP to remain fixed for 3–30 minutes per session.

### Applicable Scenarios for 3–30 Minute Sticky Sessions

3–30 minute sticky sessions are ideal for business scenarios that require stable IP access within a short period, while still benefiting from automatic IP rotation. Using the same IP during a session helps simulate natural, continuous user behavior, and once the session ends, the IP is automatically rotated—effectively balancing stability and anti-detection safety.

This mechanism is particularly suitable for video and streaming platform data scraping and page-level website content collection, where continuous access to list pages, detail pages, and comment pages is required. It helps prevent access interruptions or data loss caused by frequent IP changes.

It is also widely used in automated scripts, web crawlers, and AI / large-model data training tasks that run for extended periods. Sticky sessions ensure stable, uninterrupted data collection while reducing the risk of bans associated with long-term use of a single IP.

Overall, 3–30 minute sticky sessions are an ideal choice for high-concurrency and high-bandwidth applications, delivering an optimal balance of success rate, operational efficiency, and security.
